What began as a simple idea between a father and daughter has blossomed into ARI ARI — a place where the warmth of family and the flavors of Korea come together.

It all started with one dish: cooking mackerel in a traditional Korean hangari (clay pot). This humble experiment turned into something extraordinary — the fish came out perfectly cooked, smoky, and flavorful, without any of the strong smell. We realized the hangari wasn’t just a pot; it was a vessel for connection, tradition, and unforgettable taste.

From that moment, our journey began. Our menu has since grown, but our mission has remained the same: to share the heart of home cooking with you. At ARI ARI, every dish is crafted with care, meant to be enjoyed just as we first imagined it — gathered around the table with family and friends.

아버지와 딸의 작은 아이디어에서 시작된 것이 지금은 아리아리(ARI ARI) 로 꽃피워, 가족의 따스함과 한국의 맛이 함께하는 공간이 되었습니다.

모든 것은 한 가지 요리에서 시작되었습니다. 항아리에 고등어를 구워 본 것이죠. 겉보기에 평범한 실험이었지만, 그 결과는 놀라웠습니다. 생선은 잡내 없이 완벽하게 익어 고소하고 깊은 풍미를 품어냈습니다. 그 순간 우리는 깨달았습니다. 항아리는 단순한 그릇이 아니라, 전통과 연결, 그리고 잊을 수 없는 맛을 담아내는 그릇이라는 것을요.
